I would have thought MSU would get no respect in the final polls, but in today's ESPN Coaches Poll MSU is 4th, following UNC, Illinois, and Louivlle. Kentucky rounds out the top five.
Big jump of 9 spots from 15th to 4th. Hell of a run from the Spartans. Let's go State! Recruit some talent.
And go Lady Spartans.... Check out the team tonight. Best big man at MSU may be a woman.

I was a bit surprised by that too, honestly. I figured they would probably put Arizona in front of us at least. Not to worry though. Gregg Doyel on Sportsline is already projecting the top 25 for next season, and purposely leaves MSU out entirely. What a tool. Yeah, they lose 3 seniors, but only one was even starting at the end of the year.
